The service
Tikka Forms lets an account build forms, publish them at a link or on a site, and collect the replies. It is run by Tikka.
Accounts and workspaces
Forms belong to a workspace. Owners decide who joins and what they can do. Keep sign-in details private; actions taken from an account count as its own.
What forms may not do
No forms that ask for passwords, card numbers, PINs, one-time codes or wallet phrases. No phishing, spam, harassment, or anything unlawful.
Forms that break these rules are taken down, and the account behind them can be suspended.
Replies
The workspace that owns a form is responsible for the replies it collects and for telling the people answering how those replies are used.
Plans and limits
Each plan has monthly reply, seat and feature limits, listed on the pricing page. Paid plans and their prices are not open yet.
Changes and ending
These terms can change; the date above moves when they do. An owner can delete a workspace at any time from its settings.
